According to Florida REALTORS® data, the Sarasota and Manatee housing markets showed steady growth and renewed buyer activity this September. Closed sales increased year-over-year for both single-family homes and condos, reflecting rising consumer confidence and more affordable conditions compared to last year.
While prices have moderated slightly, homes are taking longer to sell, indicating a more balanced market that offers buyers additional time and negotiation power.
