Upon purchase, homeowners select from various memberships to the community. This mandatory commitment ensures all residents have an emotional and financial stake in the direction of the Oaks Club. An elected board of governors and various committees are responsible for the daily operations, including hiring club management.
Various membership packages include:
Equity Members: This membership also acts as an investment since Equity Members also own a portion of the club and benefit from the increased value. In addition, members have access to year-round golfing privileges, complimentary bag storage, free range balls, access to all events, activities, and voting rights. A portion of the initiation fee is refunded when a member sells his or her property.
Social Members: This option enables members to enjoy unlimited tennis, access to clubhouse and dining room, 50% reduction in golf fees. Unlike Equity Members, the initiation fee is non-refundable.
Associate Membership: Providing there is space, non-residents may join the club with an Associate membership.
